Mr. Hanapi founded HMZ Power Engineering Sdn Bhd. Apart from being the founder, he also a competent contractor. He provides services in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance of Buildings for more than 13 years.

His competencies has solved all problems faced by the clients and had embarked on a new venture to manage and maintain stratified properties to ensure good service and satisfaction is provided to its clients and

As the Managing Director and Competent person of HMZ, his struggle, dedication and the positive attitude earned him a reputation for providing the excellent services to customers.

He is committed to ensuring a steady growth of company in the long terms dedicated to providing top quality of the clients service that meets with our clients demands and therefore where possible we aim to expand and grow with our clients.

He always assesses his strengths and weaknesses, he pursues training and development opportunities, Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, constantly improving and shares expertise with the HMZ team to serve the clients better.

He aims to boast more vehicles and to large employed workforce with our core of specialist and make a greatest services team.

MOHD KHAIRIL AZRI BIN ABDUL AZIZ

Maintenance Manager

Mr. Khairil has more than 10 years experience in this field of Building Maintenance Service. he had steadily climbed the corporate ladder from a Technician to a Chargeman cum Electrical Supervisor in the larger corporate and finally as the Maintenance Manager of HMZ Power Engineering Sdn Bhd.

He knows today’s Maintenance Manager need to be both skilled critical thinkers and problem solvers in order to manage the maintenance budget, supervise a team of technicians, prioritize work and stay on top of the services.

He continuously learning and doing all of these things to processing lots of information quickly, and making quick, effective decisions.

Having the ability to develop people is an important skill for a Maintenance Manager, he constantly creating the culture of betterment in HMZ and make the long-term of his career development on one of his top priority and lead to a high performing, productive and motivated the maintenance team.
